80 acres of Minnesota woods.

A private lake, six cabins, and five miles of trail. This is where the trips will happen.

What’s on the property

  1. Six cabins

Wood cabins with beds, screened windows, and wood stoves. Each sleeps two to four.

  2. Main lodge

Communal kitchen, one long dining table, a wood stove, and room for a meeting.

  3. Private lake

Spring-fed, with no public access. There’s a dock, a place to swim, and good bass fishing.

  4. Trails

Five miles of trail through hardwood and pine, from short strolls to longer loops.

  5. Fire circle

Down by the water. This is where we picture most evenings ending up.

  6. Quiet spots

A bench out on the point, and plenty of room to be alone when you need it.

Where the map gets thin

The property is eighty acres of mixed hardwood and pine in the northwoods, on a private lake. There are six cabins, a main lodge with a communal kitchen, a fire circle by the water, and trails through the trees.

It’s not fancy. The cabins are rustic: wood walls, screen windows, the smell of cedar. The Wi-Fi is spotty, and we plan to leave it that way.

We don’t own this land. We have permission to use it, and we intend to leave it better than we find it.
